It’s time for me to embark on a new journey, one of clearing out the clutter, making space to live life by responding to my energetic being by using my physical being to remove “stuff”. I’ve always loved “stuff,” things that I think will make me happy, but it is time in my life where I want to rejoice in knowing that I have enough. I trust that simplifying my life will continue to open up areas in my life where I can trust that life is wonderful without the acquistion of “stuff”. I truly believe that there are so many experiences ahead for me as a result of this new movement to change my lifestyle, by making room physically and emotionally. This challenge will be work for me and if anyone has time to join the conversation and offer advice to support my new path I welcome it!
Lie so far back in your body that you don’t know who you are….

Upon Graduation here is a favorite quote regarding manifestation:
“In the wonderful feeling of vibration of appreciation, where no resistance exists, you will be in an exaggerated state of allowing; you will be in the vibrational state where the things that you desire can flow easily into your experience. The better it gets, the better it gets!”
–Esther and Jerry Hicks
Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.
~Robert Louis Stevenson~
Whatever we plant in our subconsious mind and nourish with repitition and emotion will one day become a reality.
Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success. ~Brian Adams~
If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.
Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them. -Dalai Lama-
